The Creator-Leader Mindset™ is a philosophy that empowers professionals to navigate change with confidence and purpose. It reframes leadership as a creative act - one grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and alignment.

At its core, it is built on three pillars:

  1. Curiosity – staying open to possibility and learning beyond your comfort zone.

  2. Creativity – approaching work as design, not routine.

  3. Connection – leading with empathy, communication, and meaning.

When these come together, leaders move from managing change to creating it.

How I use it:
This framework guides my executive coaching, communication training, and leadership development workshops. It helps clients redesign how they show up- not by changing who they are, but by expanding what’s possible.

Reinvention Intelligence (RQ™)

Reinvention Intelligence (RQ™) is the measure of your ability to evolve — to adapt your mindset, skillset, and identity in response to change without losing your core.

Where IQ measures knowledge and EQ measures empathy, RQ measures agility. It answers a new leadership question: How well can you stay grounded and curious when everything around you is shifting?

The framework centers on three phases:

  1. Awareness – recognizing when reinvention is needed.

  2. Adaptation – learning and unlearning with focus and purpose.

  3. Alignment – integrating change while staying true to your values.

How I use it:
RQ™ forms the foundation of my reinvention workshops and group programs for mid-career professionals. It helps leaders design their next chapter and organizations build teams that grow through disruption, not against it.
