Ran Wei Baker is a certified CliftonStrengths coach and experienced leadership and communication coach, passionate about bringing uncommon people onto common ground. She is the founder of Project: Presence, a coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals lead with confidence and communicate with clarity and intention, at work and beyond.

Ran’s coaching style is action-oriented, empathetic, and grounded in strengths-based development. She empowers her clients to find their authentic voices, own their presence, and navigate high-stakes moments with clarity and courage.
